Confidential counselling and psychotherapy, accessed independently and without going through your force. You can self-refer directly and choose how and where you receive support.
Confidential mental health support
There is widespread recognition across policing that mental health is a serious and ongoing issue. National organisations and staff associations regularly highlight the scale of the challenge — and many officers rightly question whether meaningful, accessible support is always available in practice.
We provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy that you can access directly, without referral through your force and without needing to be at crisis point. Support is available if you feel it would be helpful — not just when things have become unmanageable.
You don’t need to see a doctor or go through your force or Occupational Health — you can apply directly to us
