Applications are invited for the posts of part time housekeeping assistant, at The Ben Fund, Langho, which is a charity supporting the police family. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work part time to for in with their family commitments or those who wish to work part time in a lovely environment.  The successful candidates will have the ability to work as part of a team, a willingness to learn and a flexible approach to working hours.   

Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. 

Role and Responsibilities 

Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. 

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. 

Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies. 

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. 

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety. 

Flexible approach to working hours.
