Your wellbeing shouldn't be an afterthought

A survey of 10,987 UK police officers found that 81% experienced work-related injuries or mental health issues, with 45% taking extended leave. Many were hesitant to seek help due to stigma and a strong sense of duty.

The 2025 National Police Wellbeing Survey found that 45% of officers often feel burnt out and 55% experience persistent fatigue (Oscar Kilo, 2025).

In 2024, more than 14,500 officers were signed off with stress, depression, anxiety or PTSD, and around 80 serving or former officers have died by suspected suicide in recent years (Police Federation, 2024; NPCC, 2024).
